Iška River

Bloke     more than a year ago
One of the shortest rivers in Slovenia, the Iška flows above a faultline and as such is packed with steep gorges and unusual rock formations. The water is clear, and all manner of fish can be spotted within it. Most fascinating to us however is the strange occurrences of September 2010, when during heavy flooding in the region 2km of the river seemingly disappeared overnight.
