SAMA-nominated indie-folk vocalist and guitarist Msaki takes to The Lyric Theatre stage at Gold Reef City for an evening of soulful music from her album PlatinumB Heart. Msaki shares the stage at this special concert with current Standard Bank Young Artist award winner for dance Kristi-Leigh Gresse and supporting act Vinnie Mak from ALTBLK.

Msaki’s husky and powerful vocals have garnered her comparisons to soul legends such as Tracy Chapman while her lyrics and compositions have been likened to iconic writers like Joan Armatrading. Her music is a beguiling mix of soulful folk, isiXhosa lyrics and symphonic movements as she spins tales of love, loss, revolution and hope.
