SIYP: Which of the local specialties do you recommend as a "must-try" for visitors?
Dina: One of the better restaurants in Split is "Mattoni" restaurant on Bačvice, they have a very interesting menu with local ingredients and very affordable prices. You can’t go wrong with anything you choose. Also, "DeBelly" has a very interesting seafood menu, for example the rolled sea bass fillet with prosciutto and chickpeas in sherry sauce, mmmm.
