One of the jewels of the Croatian Designer scene is Ida Stipčić Jakšić, who has over the last decade engaged herself in jewellery. Through use of semi-precious stones and silver which she gathers from her husband’s family tradition of stone processing, each copy is unique and hand-processed down to the last detail. Her artistic quality has been recognised by Croatian art institutions and last year Jakšić had a major exhibition at the Mimara Museum in Zagreb.
