The gleaming city-centre Arena Kombëtare national stadium, opened in 2019 on the site of an older stadium, holds 22,500 spectators and hosts concerts and other events as well as all important international football games. The hourly tours of the stadium take you through the catacombs and dressing rooms, up into the VIP box for a drink, and onto the pitch, all in 45 minutes.
