Always baked, never fried and prepared according to traditional recipe from the Tucuman province. Each empanada weighs about 120 gr. and PAMPA recommends 3 pieces per person. Apart from the Argentinian dumplings, the restaurant's menu offers salads, hot sandwiches and desserts. And last but not least what would an Argentinian diner be without yerba mate in the menu.
