Translating as Mountain Trout, Pstrąg Górski focus their fins into some fine and fishy dishes indeed. Trout is of course the main offering here, served magnificently on vast wooden, fish-shaped plates, but there are other things to tempt the tastebuds too including the usual meaty offerings.
