The first successful ascent of Kazalnica Mięguszowiecka didn't happen until 1942, and for good reason - this 2159m peak is certainly not an easy climb. Rising out of the taller, inaccessible Mięguszowiecki Szczyt, it can be reached from Morskie Oko in 3h: start along the red trail, then turn right onto the green trail at the second lake, Czarny Staw Pod Rysami. The green trail passes through the summit and terminates at Przełęcz Pod Chłopkiem (Pod Chłopkiem Pass), 40mins from Kazalnica, at which point your only option is to turn around.
