Designed by Stanisław Witkiewicz and built in 1897, this villa - named simply "Under the Firs" - is still in the hands of the family that originally commissioned it, the Pawlikowskis. In the 1920s it was the home and workspace of poet Maria Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska.
