Usually taking place over the first weekend in May, the Florian Fair in Trzin is a celebration of all things Trzin. With programs covering sport, education and music plus much more, the Florian Fair takes special focus to celebrate and show off the achievements and abilities of its citizens. The children take centre stage on a number of occasions, with a variety of performances and sports tournaments going on throughout the weekend. There is also plenty of live music, and the fair is a great opportunity to sample the famous local sausage, the Kranjska Klobasa.
