Tucked away down a side street just off the main drag in Kamnik, Pri Podkvi has a great reputation with locals and for good reason. The button-cute garden is the perfect spot for an afternoon gossip, and Pri Podkvi (Slovene for ‘At the Horseshoe’) have a mean selection of international coffees to boot. If the weather isn’t on your side, the indoor seating is every bit as elegant. The lunch specials, which change on a daily basis, are freshly cooked to order and nothing less than delicious in our opinion. The staff are young and enthusiastic and always on hand to help.
